I liked that the hotel was close to the freeway.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the receptionist wasn't aware that I had already booked my stay and then charged me for the room. She then tried to refund me but charged my card again. She did apologize, but that put a hold on my funds until AFTER my trip was over. My room wasn't ready, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes even though I was checking in 3 hours after the check-in time. The maid was VERY nice and apologetic. It's not her fault, I did get brand new sheets, though. The room was still dirty and didn't smell clean. The AC filters definitely needed a change. A new restroom door is definitely needed, and they could probably upgrade their cleaning system. It's like they clean with old/used rags/mops. Also, 3 of our towels were stained, and my card key didn't work when I first tried to get in.
