Positives:
Good location. The property was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. The room was clean.
Negatives:
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Not enough pillows, and the pillows were flat and old. The shower was disappointing, very low water pressure. Mostly likely due to a lot of water still leaking out of the lower spiget even when switched to the shower head.
A little bit of investment in the most important things, bed and shower, would turn this place into a gold mine.

It's not a huge deal but when I called to make sure the room was reserved they said they take cash or card. Got there and they don't accept chime I was in a rush so it was a little frustrating because I had to go find an ATM. But again, otherwise not a huge deal!
