Location is great. Within walking distance of music, theater, restaurants, etc.

The room was noisy from the street and hallwaysclose to the elevator.

Beautiful building with nice comfortable rooms. The reception and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and a great shower.
Negatives:
For the price, the hotel should have breakfast. There's a restaurant, but it's expensive and pretensive. The dinner menu is not impressive at all. Just $$.
Two options to park. Either in he parking garage across the street, which is very expensive. Or on the street, 2hr parking at $4 an hour. We don't live in the USA, so we don't have a parking app, maybe it's cheaper. We paid $46 for less than 24hrs in the garage.

Restaurant and bar was good. Room had great views.

The area had a lot of homeless people that kept to themselves, but my wife did not feel comfortable when we tried to go to a local bar.

Hard to push soap and shampoo dispensing devices in bathroom and water gave a smell and toliet paper is bad quality and not enough towels in room heater took too long to warm up the room no private parking only public parking

At night the not so talented street musicians love to play in front of the windows (not too late at night, just until seven pm, but eighties saxophone players, come on!)
