I was speaking at a conference and brought a guest speaker to stay with me. I was so embarrassed. When we entered the room, carpets were ancient and dirty with toenails and beer caps visible. Also, we had to exchange our room key 3 times in two days! Ugh!

Yes...No towels in bathroom 2 days out of 8. the first night I had no TV...it was replaced and fixed twice before I could even use it...The 4th day rain flooded the parking lot and my room. Not a good experience and I won't go back. A refund???

The breakfast was terrible. I notified the receptionist there were no eggs and no bread for toast but she was too busy on her cell phone. Also when I checked in the clerk said there was a problem with the machine to issue cards so I had NO WAY TO OPEN AND CLOSE MY HOTEL ROOM! Anything I left my hotel room the clerk had to open the room door for me. UNACCEPTALBE

The assistant on the front desk was pleasant despite what happened

There was a cockroach in our bathroom, resulting in us deciding to leave at 9pm and find other accommodation. There was also a big gap around the door which just made the room feel unsafe

The first room we got was not clean so they gave us another one and the AC unit took hours for the room to cool down. The pool was not working it was green and dirty my family was excited to get in the pool but it was not clean.
