The room (832) wasn’t 100% usable, broken bathroom light and fridge was not in service and felt hot if anything. Asked for assistance and nobody came up

The location is very convenient and very close to the airport. The hotel on the outside looks pretty fancy too.
Negatives:
The room cleaningness was just sooo disappointing. I arrived and i had hair in my tub dirty pillow that was just tucked under another pillow, hair in the bed.
After talking to the staff instead of king size room they gave me a double bed room which was a downgrade. For a 300$ hotel this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The a/c in our room didNOT work so it was so hot the whole time. Had to crack sliding door to cool down!did not leave open too long because of the noise of all the planes coming into the airport.tv had a few channels that were not good. Ice area so dirty

The Embassy Suites is a great hotel. It's right on the waterfront with great views! We had beautiful views throughout our stay. Both the sunrise & sunset was spectacular! Staff was great! He was awesome & very attentive to me & hubby
