Restaurant food was very good and staff were all very friendly. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours heading in so the courtesy bus was unavailable however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am arrival

The rooms were clean and it was nice and quiet. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room had no fridge or microwave. The restaurant is way over priced. And there was absolutely nothing included as far as breakfast. Not even continental. Even cheaper hotels include some sort of breakfast. The parking fee is too high.

The shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future.
