Positives: The view is good, but the hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms are outdated, and the hotel feels very old. The breakfast that is offered wasn't what we expected for the price.

Negatives: The hotel needs to be upgraded. The food is very overpriced, even for San Francisco.

Negatives: Our first room we requested a waterfront view. We were put in a semi water front view non of the usb plugs worked. The view from our room didn’t complete a water view….others can have full view into your room and the tvs were small. Parking prices were extremely over priced.

Negatives: Staffs, at check in lock us to M club without notice that we have to pay more. We asked about detail of charged later, front guy said not polite and not clear. Room service went to make my room around 3:30 pm, not normal time to do it? Should be late morning before noon? We should this hotel because not just close to airport, but free wifi is shown in booking.com, unfortunately we can not access free wifi in our room, we have to pay daily. Otherwise, we must go down and connect wifi in lobby area!

Positives: Close to the airport with a shuttle service available. The room was nice and modern with a good view over the airport - for those who like airplanes, it is probably the best room to have. The room was relatively silent and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was helpful at check in and check out.

Negatives: The way to the room was extremely long and confusing - it was ok for one night. The whole process with breakfast is convoluted - we get a 60USD voucher for breakfast, however it is not clear how it works. The voucher mentions that it includes coffee, orange juice and one dish - however this is not necessarily true. You need to check the menu and try to match the value of what is offered with the voucher. Basically you almost always will end up paying more than 60USD and the food is not good enough for that. We asked for something special (hot chocolate) and were told by the staff that if we wanted that, we would need to go to Starbucks and get it ourselves. My advice for anyone staying: ignore the breakfast voucher and just get something from Starbucks - it will probably be cheaper.

Positives: Likes having a walking path and that the bikes were free to ride

Negatives: Rooms were not constructed with the quality that matched the price. No grips in shower for an older person. No drawers to put clothes. Cheap coffee maker. No free breakfast. Expensive breakfast so bought from Starbucks! Homestead Suites across the street would have been just as good for less money and a free breakfast!

Positives: Location was good and shuttle service was working.

Negatives: It’s a big hotel, but at 10pm the restaurant has closed and no room service available. There is no way you can have warm food when you arrive late from the airport. Also the one and only bar in the hotel closes at 11pm and the staff is very unfriendly if you ask them for a drink before the close. I would expect that such a big airport would have 24/7 service! Very disappointing!
