Positives:
There are too many things I liked! But, If I had to narrow it down, I would say relaxing and visiting with other guests at the complimentary happy hour. The staff was also extremely helpful and inviting! I loved the whole experience!
Negatives:
The drinks at the complimentary happy hour were either very watered down or non-alcoholic. Not necessarily a drawback for me, however. You're not going to get drunk.
