No closet or chest of drawers and only 1 luggage rack so my suitcase stayed on the floor. No decaf coffee is inexcusable for breakfast. Even decaf coffee using pods would have been acceptable.

The front desk person, Carlos, was very nice and incredibly helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant that I took my partner too for his birthday. The food was wonderful. The hotel staff was sweet and personable. The room was amazingly decorated. The fireplace, and the complementary water was a lovely choice. I loved all the little decor touches and the incredible cozy vibes the hotel offered. The breakfast was also a great touch and they also offered hot drinks which was really great. This hotel excels at the little touches that make a guest feel welcome and at home.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the shower in our room didn't have proper drainage and the shower hardware was broken and came off in my hand. The closet and bar set up was located in the bathroom which was a bit odd. There was no proper ventilation so the glassware and bottles of wine would be steamed when showering.
Also having glassware so close to the toilet does make it a bit unappealing to use. The breakfast options provided were very sparse and the bread options were stale. But there are great bakeries steps from the hotel so it wasn't a huge deal.

Some guests (a large family group) were very noisy, took over the lounge area and conversed very loudly, basically driving away the other guests who were seeking a quiet area to hang out outside of their room. Staff did not attempt to police this.
