The room was awful. Absolutely no view from the balcony. Toilet over flowed. Housekeeping never came even after requesting it. Sliding door to the balcony was broken.

Some outlets didn't work for the charger, television out dated, entrance door to hotel room was faded and worn as well as carpet in hallway with a foul odor. Couldn't use the hot tub it had lots of debri, dirt and bugs. The bar restaurant had to correct my salad twice. And the front desk staff lacked skills for check in and check out, too many communication errors. Manager was a little rude.
Negatives:
Cleaner facilities and rooms with updates. More training for better customer service and a better bar menu with more options. Add better amenities for the money worth.

Positives:
The property is beautiful, the amenities such as the pool, the bar area, the fitness room were all outstanding. Our room was on the ground floor and had wonderful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Our room was nice.
Negatives:
There is only one thing and it can be changed very easily, the breakfast was nice but it was no different or special than the Hotels we have stayed at whereby it was included with the Hotel.
Negatives:
The food at the restaurant was not as good as I expected. Ordered the Turkey Sandwich, wouldn't order this again.
