Positives:
Quiet and clean, well appointed room.
Negatives:
Cleaning staff was pushy about what time I was departing. It was well before checkout time so was a bit taken aback when she continued to press me for my exact departure time. Not cool.

shower drain was clogged, reported to front desk, clog was not fixed. Body wash dispenser was empty. Hotel was not full, yet we were given a room that was the furthest away from the elevator. Carpeting in the hallway was fraying ... so not a 4 star.

Obvious water damage on ceiling in several locations. Bed had stains and when I told the front desk they did offer to move me but not to a similar room. The decorations were outdated and tacky. I wont be back.

My overall experiences with Juniper was 5 Star! From the time I checked into the contemporary room design, bed comfort, cleanliness and staff interactions everything was 1st rate!
Positives:
The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The cleaning staff on the 6th floor were very attentive and did a great job. The location was perfect for my trip.
Negatives:
The lighting parking garage was very poor and there were no signs of security. I am not sure the hotel owns the garage as it is connected to another building.

It was up to date. Clean. Had a lot of potential to be a 4 Star hotel.

Did not provide any kind of soap. As soon as I arrived, I had to use the restroom only to not have any kind of soap provided. No hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no lotion. The bathroom did not drain so I had to shower in a pool of dirty water. Gross

Absolutely everything. The Xmas decor from the lobby, easy access from garage to hotel, the shampoo and conditioner and body gel pumps inside of the shower, the spacious room itself.

Nothing. Perhaps a microwave but not really necessary for a one night stay.

As always staff is fast, friendly and welcoming. Location is great. Plenty of free parking. Beds, pillows are very comfortable. Fridge in room. But cant control the setting. Great place to stay will always recommend staying here.

My past few stays had issues with the A/C/ heating settings. The buttons dont seem to work properly, my room was chilly for a bit. finally got the thermostat to change temp. It would be nice if some sort of complimentary breakfast was offered.
