The area is over ran with homeless.. it was not a spa like experience. It is not in a safe area. Staff was not customer oriented. Hotel is ran down. We did not stay the second night checked out.

Game room a nice addition.
Negatives:
Peeling paint in bathroom, lack of building maintenance brings down the fairly nice design.
Sink too close to the toilet a bit gross.
Chlorine in mineral pools indicates low percentage of quality mineral water.
No microwave which is usually a basic even at the cheapest hotels.
One small light in bedroom area, 2nd light not working.
Small cheap TV which makes everything look fat and fake.

mineral water hot tubs were great.
Negatives:
could hear kids and people walking back and forth from the 3rd floor room above us. need to fix the flooring to stop the floor squeaks. seems like building is slowly aging. leaned back on one of the chairs on the balcony and the leg broke out from under it. house keeping is done when requested. No restaurant on site, used to have continental breakfast but don't have that anymore, ate all of our meals in Palm Springs

I liked the Elvis decor, the modern colorful lobby. It was cheerful! I loved the sunset mural in the lobby! The mineral spring tub was great. I am so glad I could bring my little dog. I also liked the coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, comfy pillows and white bedding. A great trip!
Negatives:
The prices for the massage were a little high - we would get a couples massage next time if the price was more reasonable. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel and stay there again!

This hotel has the most amazing staff with an emphasis on customer service. We got to the hotel early, and they gave us towels so we could enjoy the mineral pool while our room was being readied. Once in the room, I called the front desk but they were busy- they called the room back asking how they could help. Such amazing service! The pool and jacuzzi were so comforting and wonderful.
