We liked the location. We wanted something close to the skunk train but not right on the main street. ALL OF THE STAFF was wonderful, very polite, and super helpful!!! We had a king size room with a view of the bridge. The view was beautiful!! Our room was spacious as well as the patio. The contintal breakfast was nice, and had some rotating options each morning. They also have a little area in the front where they have snacks, drinks, and essential items you may have forgotten for sale at a reasonable price.
Negatives:
The bed was uncomfortable and too firm for our liking. We didn't like how noisy it was in the morning. We had room 118 which is close to the breakfast area and hotel entrance. We heard everything. But I can't blame them for the noise. Our room was fairly clean. There were just a few things we found that could have used a little more attention.

My hubby was woken up by a dripping sound. It was water dripping on heater/air conditioning unit on the outside of building. It was minor to me but not to him. They moved us to a different room since it was available and were completely friendly about the situation. Great staff here that I appreciate.
