I feel this place is understaffed, and some employees are overwhelmed with too many responsibilities. I’ve worked in customer service before and this reminded me of some of the less adventitious companies I’ve worked for. I felt bad for these employees as they struggled to keep up with the flow of customers. This also translated into poor quality breakfast not that it’s expected to be glamorous. My honest opinion is more structure more staffing and organization would benefit this place. But I feel like I’m not the first person to say this.
