Had cockroaches and they would not return my money for my stay that night it was awful I should’ve been given a full refund not 10% off my next visit. I will never go to a Motel 6 again and I’m thinking about making video of the video I captured of all the cockroaches And posting it on TikTok in YouTube that’s how mad I am

NOT clean! We specifically got a non smoker room and it smelled so bad like cigarette! We were so exhausted and the pillows smelled like it too. One pillow case had a cigarette burn - why wouldn’t it be changed?
We saw roaches. That was my final straw. Water was also leaking from fridge and side tables, pretty much everything looked like it wasn’t wiped! I know it wasnt because there was a hair clip on top of microwave. The audacity of them not cleaning is a pet peeve. Dont come here.
Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect as well. It just wasn’t great.

I required & requested a handicap accessible room. Did not get it the entire time of my stay. Mattresses were nasty(visible stains). TV had only 5 working channels. There were roaches in the room. I has serious concerns about them(ROACHES)getting into my things.
