Negatives: Quite old facility, pool didn’t work

Negatives: This property is an utter dump. They should not have a La Quinta franchise license. Part of the property is an old warehouse which was converted into a hotel. This section of the property literally looks and feels like a prison. The elevator smelled intensely like urine as if homeless people had been sleeping in it. The room was absolutely filthy and worn out. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and towels. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting. The windows were covered in a greasy film. From the outside, this building looked like an abandoned structure that was falling apart. Unless you knew it was part of the motel, you wouldn’t dare go inside it. I complained and switched to a different room in the main La Quinta building in front of the property, which looked like a typical La Quinta motel. Although this section of the property was not as horrific as the warehouse building, it wasn’t much better in quality overall. Extremely old and poorly maintained. Ripped carpets, scratched and missing paint on the walls, missing light bulbs in light fixtures, phone in the room didn’t work, no actual bed cover or comforter, only thin blankets! And so on… The front desk staff were absolutely unconcerned, and seemed like they had heard it all many times before, unprofessional and argumentative. The location of this property was what made me consider it. This property is not even worth staying for free!

Negatives: Staff and front desk workers were not friendly and made us feel like a burden or asking for new room keys. Our keys stopped working and they blamed it on me for having it near a magnet. However, one of the cards were not at all near a magnet. Oh, and the comforter had old blood stains on it...

Negatives: The pool was freezing and the hot tub was pretty dirty

Negatives: When we arrived we were given 4th floor room 412 when we went there I already had a creepy feeling. When I opened the door of the room the room wasn't cleaned. The beds were messy and all the towels were in the Floor. So we had to go to the front desk again and was given another room. Again in that room the shower and tap didn't work. Microwave didn't work either. Third and final time had to change the room. The room was given after full inspection. There was a guy in front desk in morning shift who was rude.

Negatives: The heaters noise needed to be shut off for sleep. At least it had that option.yay

Negatives: I didn't like the towels they were cheap towels. I suggest u bring your own or the hotel needs to upgrade their towels.There were a old smell on the second floor inside.Overall I would give it 3 stars.

Negatives: I little outdated furnishings and not all electrical outlets worked.
