Negatives: wifi was practically impossible to connect--a violation of a modern-day necessity.

Negatives: When we checked in about 8:00 p.m., we were given a couple of key cards for an upstairs room. When we dragged our luggage up to our room, we discovered neither key worked the lock. We also noticed a lot of mud on the stairs and the balcony and dozens of farm workers staying there with loud music, drinking and smoking marijuana. I reluctantly told my wife to wait by the door while I had the keys replaced. When I came back and then entered the room, there was a slight odor in the room, the refrigerator/freezer doors were opened and with a towel placed inside that was soaking wet. Also, there was a big pool of water in the middle of the floor! We immediately left the room and went back to the office to request a different room. We were then given a downstairs room and once we went inside we noticed the odor of marijuana was even stronger. And the music from the Hispanic farm workers was even louder. We also saw broken cabinet doors in the bathroom and an old pair of nasty blue jeans and a towel inside the cabinet under the sink. At this point, we just gave up and walked to McDonalds for a bite to eat. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Negatives: Our floors were dusty but overall was clean

Negatives: Floor was not clean. Made whole place feel unclean, but it was.

Negatives: The staff is not kind.

Negatives: needs upgrading

Negatives: Room was dirty. Tiny curly hairs all over the tub and bathroom floor. Floor under the heating unit wasnt swept (theres like 1-2 feet of clearance underneath so a broom could easily get in there). Also, 6 am trash truck set off 3 car alarms.

Negatives: It needs better improvement in dusting out and cleaning services specially the restroom toilet,sink, and shower. They need a trash can for the restroom and for the room.
