Positives:
The price for the pet stay was very good. Price for the room was good. Staff was wonderful. Proximity to eateries was great. Location is free of homeless drug addicts loitering. I would stay here again.
Negatives:
Interior paint repairs were not done well. Clothed dryer is very slow. No grass. Only rock ground cover. Refrigerator is really loud. Boiled eggs and fresh hand fruit would be inexpensive and healthier. Muffins not yummy.

I did not like that my room was directly facing the freeway. However once I turned the heater on the outside noise diminished.

The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel and grounds were clean and very decent! They are doing updates which will help but the room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and lovely! The staff though really made this property stand out. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Hotel is outdated the room has a smell like a pet odor. Carpet was stained and bathroom was old needs a total remodel.

Liked the friendly staff, the pool was a big plus for the boys. They loved the pool after their soccer tournament. And lobby waffles for breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend

Shower was dirty and made buzzing noise when turned on. Ceiling was dirty. Room had a odd smell to it. Door didnt fully close on its own, missing part of door. Price for this room was more than what its worth. Bugs on table & bed. I was expecting something a little better than what I paid for. This hotel should be less than $100. I will not stay here again. I just felt very dirty leaving this hotel and had to shower right when I got home.
