was charged to park overnight, it showed up on credit card statements- we paid to STAY there and ATE there but was never told hotel did NOT provide parking

I paid for 2 rooms, ate in the restaurant and STILL had to pay $38 for using their parking lot. I called hotel, while desk clerk was sympathic, she could offer nothing. I was told "sorry, that's just the way things are done". I was NOT happy

Beautiful hotel and amazing amenities and they are on such a beautiful location.

The entire hotel staff was on strike. And they had their megaphones, drums, and whistles going from 5:30am until 8 and some days until noon. Sleep was impossible. Despite the hotel policy we received saying no loud noises or music until 8am, we were sick.

The restaurant and service was very good with a beautiful view. My room I was very disappointed because I had an ocean premium view room. I got a partial ocean view with 4 palm trees blocking half the view and the ugly dock with run down boats.

Several spiders throughout the room and bathroom. Dirty dark musky room. Beautiful exterior and grounds! The outside is remarkable.

Every staff member I encountered was incredibly nice and professional. Overall, the grounds of the hotel are really nice, with lots of activities for people to do. Also, I love the fact that my needs were verified through text. Very convenient.

It was actually pretty noisy. I was surprised by how much the noise carried from other areas of my building (Building 3) into the room. Also, for some odd reason, people kept knocking on my door. I traveled alone.

My Heater didnt work.. the thermostat only allowed cool air to blow no matter how high I turned it up.. I was already on my second room.. I tried to check out and get my money back and they didnt do it. I booked two nights and they allegedly canceled

Hotel Maya was on strike, with a very rude wake up call early in the morning. I am sure that is not the typical experience, but rude wake up call was not appreciated. Otherwise great hotel.
