The pool and tennis court were nice. Valet and bell staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Rooms are outdated in a major way with little to no sound insulation. Staff is improperly trained. Only the bell staff and valet were friendly. Most of the staff was uninformed about the hotel. Overnight parking charge was ridiculous, the highest I’ve seen even at the nicest of hotels.

I've stayed several times over the years. The hotel is in a steep decline. While the rooms are big (I was in a Jr. Suite), they are poorly maintained. They did bring me an electric kettle for tea but only paper cups and no spoons are provided. So substandard.

Very poorly managed with inexperienced desk people at check in, and for the second time I'm soc months the.cleanimg staff didn't come (apparently this time no one in the hotel had service om Tuesday. When I went to the pool in the morning there were no towels either. There is also no in room dining available at 9pm. I went to take a bath and filled the tub. Brown water came out and it was all pond scummy as if the tub had not been scrubbed in weeks or months. This is no ordinary tub. Ot is marble and it is why I book the room.

Room was very dark on the first floor. Cold because no carpeting . Bathroom freezing. Toilet paper holder broken.
It was raining and staff helped us put in our suitcases, but left one behind when we went to the airport. Our flight was cancellled because of bad weather and hotel could not accomodate us for another night except at a very expensive rate.
Had breakfast at hotel. Very little selection for vegans. Hotel should have a bigger sign at the entrance. Hard to see exactly where the hotel entrance is.

Kuerig in the room. Should be mentioned in email booking. Size of the large room was great. Provided desk n corner sitting chair. Pillows good. Able to park car n leave there for genesis invitational event then return later to pick up from valet.
Negatives:
TV with easy to work cable for basic channels-espn, golf channel, etc. Room was not stocked with coffee cups and had to order n wait for late night. Restaurant closed at 9pm and we arrived at 8:40pm due to traffic and location. Not many choices around there and too late to go somewhere after checkin. First time I stayed in the upper building and there is no easy walkway down or up without requesting ride. Awkward. My first stay was in main building and much better.
