Unresponsive, i accidentally booked wrong dates and tried canceling my booking to rebook new dates, but instead they kept on telling me its a booking.com decision whereas its purely the hotels. Its frankly disappointing to see such a way to handle customers who initially showed interest in your property, no interest to even try to work on a solution. They stopped replying to my emails and this is very rude.
I went through the reviews and i am not surprised with how this turned out, looks like there are multiple complaints about responsiveness and staff attitude

Gorgeous hotel in a trendy area. Lovely open and cool rooms and beautiful colour palette and material choice choice across the building. Access to multiple lovely restaurants very easy in Silver Lake area from here. It felt very safe here and theres a fantastic Erewohn next door.
Negatives:
Value for money is a stretch, but I think thats typical for most of LA. On-site restaurant is not open seven days a week. The front desk staff werent particularly proactive or positive upon our arrival. When asked about transport around the city with a baby they looked bored and didnt offer much by way of guidance. The valet however was a star and couldnt help enough and was super cheery.

Great location , and ambiance. Pool and patio areas were a very charming oasis from the streets Size of the room and bathroom were amazing . Also loved the mid century modern design of the room

Personally as an older person I would like to see a shower safety bar and some hooks for towels closer to the shower area. Easy to slip in the type of tile in the shower.
