I think the location is good, but I believe the rooms should be updated. Many of the hotels are using hardwood or tile for flooring which eliminates odors and stains from older carpets.

Not much. Maybe the location is ok for people who had business in the financial district or need a place to stay one night for the game in Crypto Arena. I would not imagine walking around after dark though. Fitness room was ok.

The room was terrible. Air conditioner was so old and made so much noise we had to keep it off although it was quite cold. Also, because the room is so small and the machine is placed so low on a wall, it blows directly on the people lying on one of the beds. The beds are not full size beds. They are definitely small for 2 people. The room is small. The bathroom is outdated and the ventilation does not work, and the ventilation hole is full of mould, for which I have pictures. Only valet parking is available, you cannot park your own car, you have to give away the keys and the experience is very inconvenient and strange. The hotel, in general, has seen better days. We walked around and the restaurants and shops in the 3rd and 4th floors were mostly closed. Only one place, a bar, and a small convenience store, not affiliated with the hotel and with high prices was open. Considering that there are no other shops to buy water etc. close to the hotel, this is also very inconvenient. We had to wait 30 minutes to check-in, and there was a line of 10 people waiting before us with one person working at the check-in counter on a Saturday at 16:30. I would recommend everyone, especially families with children, to stay away from this hotel.

It was very beautiful and interesting place to stay and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
I would say that my husband has a service dog and the service dog area where you can take an animal to relieve itself. You have to walk downstairs and it was a little inconvenient. It would be nice if they had some left to be able to get you down into the grassy area, but other than that, it was a beautiful experience.
