Positives: Good location, close to airport. Efficient shuttle service and check in. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Lobby area was nice. Friendly staff.

Negatives: Some minor issues like make up stains on the bedding, no body wash in the dispenser and no coffee pods in the room (although we called reception and housekeeping were quick to bring some). Not quite the standard you expect from the Westin.
