Positives:
The breakfast was incredible, different every day. Loved staying at cinnamon bear, everything was very comfortable and they had everything you needed. The staff were kind and welcoming. There's drinking water in the lobby, as well as couches and games. Easy to access the town shuttles on main Street or walk to the village or town.
Negatives:
One time the hot tub was not hot, I think they just filled it up that day so maybe a sign telling us about that would have been helpful. But not a huge deal

Positives:
Price. All I needed for one night. They describe the room as small but it was fine. There is a nice little breakfast area but I didnt use it.
Negatives:
Thermostat didnt seem to work. I turned on the oil filled electric radiator instead and was comfortable. Wish they could of cleared a bit more snow off the stairs- I was a bit nervous carrying my bags.

Positives:
Really liked the included breakfast - lots of options and yummier than other hotels breakfasts! Loved all the space in our unit! Really warm and plenty of places to sleep!
Negatives:
Didnt like that it wasnt cleaned after the first night. That would have been nice!

Fabulous
Positives:
There was a small but cozy bedroom and a fireplace with nice view.
Negatives:
The water pressure was very low, it took twice as long to shower and the shampoo could not be rinsed out thoroughly. Be prepared, hot water could tuned into cold water in seconds. The 2 persons spa located right outside of the wooden house, you could not help but hear people talking, laughing until 11PM. There were no room SVC and nobody on duty most of time, 2 phone numbers provided by the inn for the customers to call, but during 3days staying I had called over 10 times without answering, and no one answered to my voice messages either.

Would not recommend to friends.
Positives:
The staff was amazing, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The teenie tiny room was cozy!
Negatives:
The parking was an issue. Not a deal breaker, but that's the only reason not a perfect rating.

Positives:
Breakfast in the common area was a nice way to start the day
Negatives:
When we turned on the shower a lot of water still came out of the spigot so it slowly filled the tub because it couldnt drain fast enough.

Good value for a cozy place just down the way from Canyon Lodge
Positives:
The bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious. Customer service was wonderful considering we checked in a little late.
Negatives:
Just felt a little dated.
