No hot water. Told we couldnt cancel our prepaid reservation but they would offer a significant discount. $60 is not significant and still waiting for it to be applied. Staff rude. Dogs barked all night. Air conditioner too noisy to sleep

The beds were super comfortable in the room I was in. The balcony is great for having some fresh air which is a plus staying at a hotel. It was great being able to have underground parking for your cars. The breakfast in the morning is a nice touch too!

Lots of stairs. No elevators be ready to lug your stuff up some flights. Only two floors but not great if you cant go up stairs.
