Location so convenient to airport, shuttle service to & from airport, indoor hot tub was nice during winter months when others are closed. Clean establishment. Cozy bed. Friendly, professional staff. The food in restaurant was excellent quality & flavor.
Negatives:
Paying extra -$100 more- for an executive suite I thought there would be a bathtub, there was not -just an excellent shower- & that was the only thing I disliked about the entire hotel. Thank goodness for the hot tub :)

Hotel was in a good location right next to airport. Hotel has a small Starbucks on site. It is a busy hotel so it would be nice if there was more food choices on site.
Negatives:
Pool and Starbucks closed kind of early for a busy hotel.

The front desk clerk was not helpful and argumentative at checkout. I had paid for my parking ahead of time and she did not believe me. I was originally charged to park for the second night even though I had a receipt that said my parking was paid for.

We stayed on the 4th floor. When we arrived on Friday night and leaving Saturday, there was a strong cannabis smell. Obvious, people had been or were smoking in there rooms. Pot isnt the most pleasant smell. I would recommend having someon walk the floors and identify culprits. There are No smoking signs around the hotel. Other than that, nice convenient place to stay

Everything went smoothly, from the shuttles to/from the airport to check-in (thanks James!)/out. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE & toiletries smelled wonderful! Wish we didn't have such an early morning flight so we could have enjoyed our stay longer!
