Very tired common parts. Frequently woken by both planes and noisy guests. Poor choice of pillows. All-in all, a bad choice. I was shocked that a Westin was in such a poor state, and didn't have adequate soundproofing. I will not stay there again. In all honesty, Booking.com should pace this comment so others can be aware and do not have the same experience.
