Negatives: The breakfast has only a few choices.

Negatives: We had zero internet service the whole time, plus we were in some kind of dead zone so didn’t have cell service anywhere on the property either. Tried calling the number they gave for internet issues, it didn’t get fixed. We made it work by sitting outside on the patio where we had two bars of cell service, lol. In the grand scheme of things, we would still stay here again, it was doable, just annoying. The breakfast wasn’t hot and most had lots of sugar…but they had lots of options to choose from including fruit and bagels, so it was fine. The outdoor furniture didn’t seem like it was cleaned often, tables weren’t cleaned at all. But…Not a lot we didn’t like, these were minor inconveniences.

Negatives: Dates dark rooms and location are n the main road.

Negatives: The elevator didn’t go to my room and I am a senior who has a hard time carrying my luggage upstairs. The sprinkle head looks like falling out of the ceiling. The shower was too hot (but) it was good after you adjust it.

Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable. Both the bed and pillows were very hard.

Negatives: Checkin time earlier.

Negatives: The beds were the most uncomfortable hardest beds I have ever slept on, my body litteral ached and I woke up all night so uncomfortable. At check in the lady was very rude. Perhabs working with hotel guest isnt her thing. Breakfast was minimal and basics ceral, little fruit, bagel, toast. One gentleman took the 3 bananas left on Sat morning and they did not replenish anything on Sunday. The stoming guest upstairs with the small kids that ran back and forth all afternoon until 11pm that night and the stomping and running started at 6:30am. The rooms were much much much smaller then pictured and were not what was exprected by the photos and description. Room was small and for 3 people we had to manuever around each other. I paid ALOT of money for 2 rooms for the weekend and at best we received motel 6 level treatment and rooms. Our rooms backed up to the very busy road so we heard people reving motors and peeling out, racing around at the light ALL night long. 2 rooms with a $90 non refudalbe pet depsoit i paid in total $1100.00.

Negatives: The maintenance guy just walked into my room while I had my top down breastfeeding my baby. He didn’t knock or anything. He just barged right in and my husband forced him out. It gave me the creeps for the rest of the stay. My husband complained to management. He was told someone was occupying the room. I couldn’t believe nothing more was done it was so invasive.

Negatives: No decaf coffee.
