Property was in a good location. Close to cannery row as well as Carmel.

Room was dirty, stains on all of the furniture. Shower had hair in it. Sink had a hard time draining. Bed was terrible. Didn’t even get under the blankets. People banging down the walkway all hours of the night

The room wasn’t clean at all. The jacuzzi tub was filthy. The sheets were filthy. We asked to change the sheets multiple times. They kept bring stained or sheets with holes in them. The towel were stained. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom and tub: customer service was not good. Only thing good was it was close to the activities we wanted to do.

Sheets looked dingy and pillows were ripped and worn looking. Walls and under sink were dirty with splatters. Heater didn't have a thermostat to control when it came on or off. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend anyone stay there unless it was the last thing available.
