The beds were not very comfortable, being up on metal legs like bunk beds and very noisy. Also, the train tracks were very close to the hotel.

I wouldnt have stayed here during their remodeling.
Positives:
They accommodated our earlier than planned check in. Room had all needed amenities. Reasonably quiet. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Couldn't park outside our room because of remodelling personnel. Breakfast was in an adjacent restaurant, and adequate rather than excellent.

The pool and hot tub were closed. I had called before arrival and they said they were operational but when we arrived they were undergoing construction.The hot tub was a key point in my choice. I feel I should of been given a partial refund. Breakfast ok .

All the staff here were absolute sweethearts. Very clear instructions about parking and pets. Clean room. Pool was closed but looked great. Felt super safe.

You do get the sound of trains at night but it wasn't too bad. Just FYI for light sleepers. It would be nice to have kleenex in rooms, just a small amenity that I missed having.

The room had not been cleaned to Best Western standards. Dirty sock behind credenza that clearly had been there for some time. No soap/shampoo in shower. Reported to front desk when leaving. He apologized. We did ask to speak with manager; He said the manager would reach out to us by email or phone. No call; no email. We are not angry. We are truly disappointed. This was a handicap room; definitely experience was below standards for Best Western.
