Very clean, updated, comfortable bed, good location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Level 4 and up required a key to enter from elevator, very safe

Noisy neighbors at 4 in the morning - shared room door was not sound proof - very loud.

The room didnt feel clean, hair in tub and hair in the toilet bowl that wouldnt flush away as if it were stuck to something that was left before (yuck.) Laundry room was ridiculously unclean - I didnt use it but certainly would not.
