The location is in a very convenient place.
Negatives:
Better security of parking lot is needed. I had my e-bike stolen from the bike rack which I had 2 very secure locks attached so it took the thief quite awhile to bust the locks. Another time I went out to my car about 2am and found a guy looking in car windows and I scared him off. This is a problem everywhere so a security guard during Kate hours would be great.
