Negatives:
Disappointed in room service - delivered a nice quality meal in to-go containers/paper bag. I could've picked up my order and received the same result. Also, the resort is large, so if walking distances is difficult for you, it makes it tough to get around comfortably.

The staff was courteous and accommodating.
Negatives:
The building we were in was old and we asked for an early check-in, arriving at 1300, but not being given our room keys until 1520. Then, we had to call security @ 2330 for the Drunken Group of young women next door. They continued to make noise until about 0240 in the morning, so we didn't have a restful night.
