Positives:
Clean, fresh, new. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was beautiful. We were given a coupon for a complimentary drink at the bar when we checked in, which was very nice.
Negatives:
Our reservation was for a King Room with a "Bay View". Our only view was a parking lot across the street, and some tall buildings. I don't know if any room in the hotel would have a view of the bay... anyway, that was misleading and disappointing.
Also, we wanted to try to connect to our streaming services after a long day of travel, and our TV wouldn't connect to the internet. We contacted the front desk, who said the "engineer" was gone for the evening (it was later in the evening, like 9 or 10); the only thing they could do was switch our room. Well, it was too late for that as we were already settled in and tired. So, that was disappointing, too, that something advertised online and in the room wasn't available - which should have been an easy fix. (The hotel's internet was working fine, we were told.)
Decor in the room (an unframed poster clipped to the wall) just feels cheap.

Nice Hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful with any requests.
Beds are comfortable!
Negatives:
I was surprised that there is no laundry service or option to do your laundry.
I was sent to a laundromat, which is not only timewise difficult to arrange when travelling for work but I also ended up in some sketchy areas to find the Laundromat. The area of the Hotel itself is not super convenient and doesn't feel completely safe.

Location, staff, decor and vibe! Very quiet at night, great mattress and no down comforter. Had a great night’s sleep which is unusual for me in hotels.

Every member of staff ( checkin desk, bartender, waitress) gave exceptional service, gave extra service to me , did their best to give me an early check in time to accommodate my wheelchair bound visitor. Room in high level with view , perfect!
Negatives:
Just more variety of snacks in snack area to choose from ( bags of popcorn, chips, canned soft drinks, such as root beer, or Fanta orange, 7 up) not every visitor eats healthy, especially wheel chair or more elderly people who don’t know how to use DoorDash. I did for my visitor, but easier if available there.
