The location is a direct bus journey from the Anaheim convention center (a few stops). The place also has plenty of restaurants in the same block.
The room is spacious and the hotel has a good variety of kitchen utensils and other amenities such as an iron.
Negatives:
They were meant to hold laundry detergent but did not have it at the time which made us take an inconvenient walk to a nearby seven eleven and buy more than we needed.
The breakfast offered is very poor with just muffins, oats and coffee.
The room service did not come and offer to clean our room for the 7 nights we stayed there.

The common area carpet was dirty. The shower faucet was leaking. The mattress was not comfortable. Hair drying was missing from room and asked for replacement at front desk but never came.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. The front desk staff was very nice when checking in but our room was filthy. The carpet was sticky, there was pubic hair in the bathtub and the room had a horrible smell old cigarette smoke and something else that I couldn't even figure out. When checking out the front desk offered a full refund but unfortunately I have yet to see it.

The location was great. It’s near Angel Stadium and The Honda Center. There is a movie theatre and several great restaurants just across the parking lot.
Negatives:
The units are suppose to be fully stocked, they are not. You have to ask at the front desk for pots and pans, toaster, cups, silverware and even the coffee maker. We got the fairly crappy coffee maker the first night. It was another 2 days before the test was available
