My room did not have hot water in the morning. I was there for a funeral and needed to leave by a certain time. So, I had to be tortured by a cold shower. I reported to the front desk & also called this evening. I don’t understand why on a Wednesday, no one can authorize a reduction?

Room price was reasonable, but too noisy due to heavy car traffic and lack of insulation.
Negatives:
The disabled room, was way too noisy due to the traffic of the road. I was in town for the Ventura marathon. Got to bed at 7pm, noise was constant until midnight-1am, means I only got 4 hours sleep. This did not feel great the following day. I will be more careful next time when choosing a room.
