A bit dirty. Housekeeping came to clean our room and don’t put any trash bags in trash cans, didn’t collect dirty utensils from sink.

Negatives:
Room was not clean, trash did not get taken out, no new towels provided, wrappers on the floor in the bathroom from previous guests. Stains on the carpet, used coffee machine, and did not replenish sugar, creamers, room overall felt dirty. Upon check in staff was also not very friendly, when asked about parking or where to find our room gentleman helping me seemed annoyed and irritated by my questions.

Don't waste your money

Our suite was roomy and had 2 bathrooms and an ocean view. Pool and lobby attractive. Location good.
Negatives:
Suite had been remodeled since our last stay 10 years ago and decor was very "cold" feeling to us. The room smelled very bad when we arrived and we had to work to get rid of the smell. Restaurant food bad, too expensive, little food choices overall. l

Our room had something spilled on carpet that hadn’t been cleaned up and table had been shoved into Sheetrock wall. I reported these things when we got to room to make sure the staff knew.

Room was lovely and comfortable....
Positives:
Dinner was fantastic the NY Strip was one of the best I have ever tasted! Our Server was the Bartender Thomas He was our server all weekend as the staff was shorthanded. Breakfast and Dinner I had to ask him if he ever went home. Great guy.
Negatives:
We were in Room 430 which is fabulous room and during the storm around 11:30 Pm our roof leaked and water came pouring in through our smoke detector. The smoke detector sounded off which alerted me to the problem. I then disconnected it and put a bucket under the leak. The dripping then kept us up all night. We loved the room just had one bad night.
