The staff were wonderful. They were pleasant and helpful. The fire pit was also a nice addition to the end of our night. The location was fantastic! There was such an ease of access to the quaint downtown area and the local beaches. We also enjoyed how close we were to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. It was quiet and very safe.
Negatives:
The beds were too springy/bouncy and were difficult for my kids and I to get a good nights sleep in. The rooms were clean, but pretty dated and could use an update. There were lots of small cosmetic issues throughout the bathroom and room.

The staff was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The location is perfect! You are within walking distance to the beach and downtown Pacific Grove.
Negatives:
The flooring in the kitchen area was really rough and in need of replacement. I would definitely recommend you bring flip flops. We couldnt find a place to dispose of our recyclables, trash or dog waste.
