The staff is exceptional Sarah I believe her name was and Savannah
Negatives:
It was great but the tv in my room didnt work . When I was checking in I heard the girl working say to the people she was checking in that the tv was not working and that they would get a discount on their room at 15% because the TV was broken. I then was checking and I go to my room and the TV in my room was working but the remote didnt work with the TV so I couldnt control the TV not only when I turned on it only thing the Wi-Fi show up on the screen and connect to the Wi-Fi because I was just gonna use my computer plug it in, but I couldnt because the Wi-Fi thing was on the screen the entire time and I couldnt get it off. I called them up to the room and the girl was so she came with five different controllers trying to fix the TV and none of them worked so I just had to sit there in the room with no TV at all, but did I get a discount no
