Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-04-16 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
