I come to your location when I need to have routine maintenance done on my vehicle. This is the first time that I have a complaint. I hope I don't experience it again. The first thing is that there was only one full size shower towel. That one had red stains on it & just looked unclean. The second thing was the sink was backed up almost instantly when the faucet was run. Thirdly was that the tub drain looked as if someone tried to plug it with a personal napkin & it got lodged in the drain -along with a great deal of long hair -fortunately the nice maintenance guy was able to clear it out. Lastly was that there was a strategically cut hole in the bed sheet as if someone cut out a stained area. I will usually overlook one, or even two undesirable situations during a stay but it just seems there needs to be a more thorough walk through...at least in the room we stayed in. Please take this as constructive criticism since this didn't happen at our last stay. Your check in clerk was great when we addressed the concerns & the maintenance guy was pleasant as well. Please just double check the drains, sheets, & towels. It's not worth guests not being comfortable during their stay with your motel. Thank you.

The front desk person and his friend stood outside most of the night and it felt creepy. The pillows and bed was hard as rocks. The bathtub was nasty. We did not shower due to not wanting to figure out what was in the tub. The bed spread had stains on it. The smoke detector was bagged off. The A/C only blew Hot Air and I did not feel safe sleeping with window open.
