I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and the room was extremely dirty, so I couldn't sleep until the morning.

The room has only a small refrigerator, no freezer, and the shower nozzle height is low making showering a little uncomfortable.

I was tortured by bed bugs. They ate me alive. I seriously considered sleeping in the bathroom because I was afraid to close my eyes while on the bed for fear of being molested by those disgusting bugs.

The room itself was okay. Nice and clean. Wish there was a microwave to go with the small refrigerator.. it worked out..

I dont like how many times I had to complain about not having hot water for my whole stay. Couldnt put my 2yr old in cold water and its raining.. I was also told another night wld be added to my stay to accommodate me & my family.. nothing changed. 2 ppl checked on the water including maintenance. Water temperature stayed below lukewarm. Never got the room changed. I checked out & left

The employees were nice and friendly, including the managers they had excellent customer service. I do recommend it.
Negatives:
What I didnt like about the property to be honest with you they didnt have no microwaves and no refrigerator. That was the downfall if I ever want to come back I would but since they aint got no refrigerator and no microwave Im not coming back. Im so sorry.
