Location is beautiful. Rooms are huge. They were able to let me charge my Chevy Volt. Wonderful venue for a family reunion for the 13 of us.
Negatives:
Understandably, they were having a staffing problem. Staff not experienced. This probably led to the items missing from our room when we arrived, such as a coffee pot and several cooking items. Also, the place needs a deep cleaning--furniture, rugs.

staff was amazing. happy to try to fulfill any request. The rooms were huge easily blowing away any expectation we had. The location was picture perfect and the grounds were beautiful. I would like to state again that the staff was really what made the stay special they really set the bar high for any other place we will stay.

hard to find anything really. i would suggest maybe more lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool side.

Beautiful rooms, views and overall accommodations. We love this place.

The day we decided to hang at the pool for the day, one guest was having an adult birthday. At one point, they had over 30 guests at the pool taking over the location. I am was okay with a couple of hours. They were at the pool for 6 hours, taking shots and blaring music. This should have taken place in one of the locations banquet rooms. When addressing it with the staff, they said they would make a note.

At check in we moved to a different ground level unit as we did not want to be on a busy walking path. We were accommodated but the new location overall was not clean. There was previous visitors garbage in the pantry, the furniture and rug in the living was dirty and stained.
Negatives:
I think for the price we should have had minimal daily cleaning g service. Even if just a check in to see if we needed towels.
