My daughters room had an adjoining door but not to our room and both my wife and my daughters were scared so we did not use the room intended for my wife and I, we all slept in the one room, as they felt safer us all being together.

We booked a second nite TOOK all our items Out of our room with out even calling us ,We had our room key done before we left to attend a funeral .. When we returned our luggage was in the office.????
THE manager.monday was super nice .,but the office gal thought it was funny .

Check in clerk on personal call not attentive to me and my check information. The AX did not work in the room and was relocated to a second room at 1:00 am. Thankfully there was a room to move to.
