Found lots of roaches in the bedroom within 1-2 hours of stay. Odor was strong and smelt a lot like cigarettes. Left the building after 2 hours of stay and wanted a refund staff lied and said I couldnt get one

There was no breakfast offered. You dont have a working phone at front desk. Gentleman who works the afternoon doesnt even know your policy. Is a super rude liar! Actually had to cancel a second booking due to his ignorance. He needs to be fired, honestly.

The man that works the front desk from 1-9 is very rude. Doesnt know policy and lies about knowledge. For example. He says policy isyou can only stay 21 days. This review is based on my 27 day stay. The guy makes no sense and seems racist toward white people. Totally unacceptable! His name is Manvir
