It is the Holiday Inn Express. I had expectations it would meet the standards of the previous HIE in Klamath Falls. It fell short.
Negatives:
The swimming pool was freezing. Perhaps they should call Klamath Falls Holiday Inn Express and find out what temperature their pool is. I am recovering from a broken neck and my husband spent the extra money to ensure PT in the pool for me.

When we turned off the air conditioning at night we could not get the fan to shut off. It was noisy all night.

Always love the pancakes at Holiday Inn Express. Room was comfortable. Used the hot tub and pool, clean and great temperature.

Didn't expect daily room cleaning but would appreciate emptying trash and clean towels daily.
