It has been a few yaers since last visit and could not believe the wear and tear on the place. Current staff barely keeping up with same. Construction crews are really careless and trashing the place. Management needs to get a handle on renovation.

Our room keys kept desensitizing everyday. Our sliding door handle fell off. The tv had lines through it. No hdmi cable to even watch tv ( we told them about it ) but maintenance wasnt on sight and never came. We went from 2 rooms to 1 room.

The room was filthy. The renovations were messy and loud. Wish I was apprised of that prior to making reservation.

poor breakfast, under construction, water leaking from room above, standing water in tub while taking a shower.

The location was easy to find near the freeway. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. Very quiet. I heard no freeway noise. The bed was very clean and comfy.

I didnt like seeing crumbs on the carpet near the bed. Some spots (food?) on the night table that should have been wiped clean. I had to unplug the clock to find an outlet to charge my phone and watch.

We stay there all the time, so I was shocked. homeless sleeping on the first floor in the corners they did not clean the bathroom at all. There was dirt and pubic hairs in the shower. there was urine on the toilet seat & they didnt even vacuum the floor.

The hotel was under renovation. The first floor was totally under renovation, no flooring and electrical was hanging down. You had to walk all the way thru the first floor to get to the elevator. The room we had was facing the interstate and very noisy

Loud construction to lower level rooms at all times of day and night. Keys had to be reprogrammed daily or you could not get into the room. Room had a strong smelling odor to it.

This is probably the 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel. I always enjoy the continental breakfast & the location which is adjacent to the Cattlemens steakhouse. I also like that the hotel is pet friendly & how spacious the rooms are .

My room keys werent working, my mom & daughter sat outside the room on the floor waiting. Not till the 4th time of going up to the front desk & about 40 mins later did a staffer offer to help by going with me to my room to see what the issue was.
