Hotel was as expected. This was a one night stay as I was driving to Washington so it worked out perfect for me, right off the freeway, by food and gas stations, clean and comfortable. Everything worked. I would stay here again if I were passing through. Room was well decorated and looked like it has been updated lately. Affordable.
Negatives:
Pool area was noisy with kids. Room had a “closed up” kinda smell. Walls seem thin, I could hear my neighbors talking and doors opening and closing. Wish breakfast started a bit earlier but 6am probably worked for most on a weekend.

Terrible run down location. The spa was broken. I got locked out twice. There were homeless people going through the parking lot. One tried to get naked and we had to call the police on them. People not staying there were in the back parking lot late at night and my key card wasn't working and to be reset twice

Smelling smoke coming into our room all night from under the door. The beds were hard as a rock. Tossed and turned all night. The front desk girl came running from around the corner, out of breath with sweat on her face. She seemed as we were just a nuisance to her for wanting a room.
