the only thing that was redeemable was that the housekeeper was very polite and accommodating giving us towels for the floor and mop up the water that was coming through the drain

The staff was rude they tried to keep my deposit for no reason the housekeeper was nice and accommodating but the room was poorly maintained because the plumbing was backing up and coming up through the floor and it still was 120 some odd dollars ridiculous!

Completely filthy. Trash bags on floors as u walk out the elevator. Place is a homeless shelter now. Furniture is filthy. Floors,walls and rooms are filthy.

The things I did like about the room was the size of the room very spacious. The jacuzzi tub also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
What I didnt like was that it wasnt very clean. The mini fridge hadnt been cleaned. It seemed that who ever stayed there prior to our stay left soda cans in the freezer and they exploded and it wasnt cleaned. There had also been areas around the room that hadnt been cleaned or dusted. Besides that it was suppose to be a non smoking room and you could smell the cigarette smell still lingering in the room as soon as youd walk through he door.

Not completely what I expected.
Positives:
The jacuzzi is real relaxing, also the refrigerator and microwave really helps.
Negatives:
The hotel has the right idea with the suite room. This definitely would be a 10 out of 10 if the room was a little more updated. The couch in the room is dirty, also the chairs in the living room. Also it would be great if they could really enforce the Non smoking policy in the Non smoking rooms. The room smells a lot like cigarettes.

Its passable for being able too enjoy a jacuzzi close by
Positives:
The size of the in-room hot tub and the jets in the hot tub was far better than other places stayed at. I liked the fact it had a television in both the family and bedroom. The night clerk was very nice and informative and check in took about 5-10 minutes.
Negatives:
I did not like the fact that the toilet was right next to the hot tub with no privacy between the two. The towels were of lowest grade and were smaller than could wrap around oneself. There wasn't a tv guide provided in the room nor on the television itself and the picture froze or cut out frequently. There also wasn't a coffee maker provided in the room considering how much it was to rent the room and it was very gloomy and needed a fresh coat of lighter paint on the walls.
