Great location. I stayed in an unclean room. Someone decided to cut their hair and left hair on the bathroom door and around the sink. When I noticed the hair on the door I was cheerily told ‘no refund’ by a woman named Fresia. Small and depressing pool. Best Western standards in the US are horrible compared to those in Europe. 10/10 do not recommend.

Staff and management attitudes when I presented an issue. Grotty building, sad pool. Phone blinking all night long with a message from a previous guest. Just sad overall.
